Purple Orchid (Bauhinia purpurea) - also called Pink Butterfly tree.
One of its names, the kannada one, is Deva Kaanchana, which kind of means the gold of the gods. 😊
It belongs to the gulmohar family and grows into a large tree, 20 feet high, with a 20 feet crown.
